Review of Show

The show took place on March 3, 2025 at the Bowery Ballroom in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Grace offered VIP tickets for the tour which included a M&G and soundcheck with a Q&A. VIP was let in around 6pm. During soundcheck, she performed the songs “Teenage Dream” by Katy Perry, “When I Think of You” co-written with Lucy Healey, “Rockland” by Gracie Abrams, and “When It Was Over” co-written with Alexander 23, before opening the floor to the Q&A.

Jake opened the show to the general public around 8pm. He started his set playing songs both released like “jessie”, “just be ur friend”, “handgun”, and unreleased like “fingers and clothes”. He mentioned that the New York show was special for him, as it was the first concert venue he ever attended. He did a cover of “Funeral” by Phoebe Bridgers, which he didn’t perform at any other stop on tour, to commemorate the special feeling. Later in the show, Jake rejoined Grace on stage to perform their song “Good Stuff” together.

Around 9pm, Grace took the stage, finally playing her own headline hometown show. She kicked off the fifteen song set with “Think I Wanna See You Again” from her new EP "The Alchemist”. She performed to a sold-out crowd full of fans, friends and family. As a special gift for the sold-out hometown show she performed a stripped down cover of “Still Into You” by Paramore. She closed out the night on the piano by doing an encore of an unreleased song written earlier this year.
